For Mert, watching his mother cook in the kitchen and eventually cooking alongside her (and even learning family recipes along the way) formed the foundations of Enfes Gözleme.

Having an engineering degree alongside his cooking passion, Mert is a successful businessman with over ten different initiatives worldwide. 

Mert’s side hobby, Enfes Gözleme became a street food phenomenon in Adelaide streets and became one of the most popular food stalls across the biggest festivals in South Australia including Adelaide Gluttony Fringe, Royal Adelaide Show, Lucky Dumpling market etc.
